Just came across a name from the past, Jon Paul McGovern signed for Clyde from Stirling Albion.

Didn't even know he was still playing football, seems an age since he played for us.

Under Clough I believe both McNulty & Scougall were highly rated; not so much under Adkins

Hat-trick for McNulty last night as Portsmouth scored 6...and he was subbed with 20 to go, must have had a stinker

He's scored 4 in the 4 games he's played, only starting 2. Looks like a good decision to go there for a bit.

His second is a gem; superb reverse pass & then he must have spun in to the box to take the return & score. Hat trick goal wasn't bad either.

Shame he hasn't had a chance with the new manager, maybe should try and get a contract at Portsmouth if they get promotion.

If he keeps banging them in someone will take a chance on him.

Scouggs seems to be out of favour with Adkins too or injured again

Don't think Keaghan Jacobs has even played a single minute since joining Bidvest Wits, wonder what the chances are of us getting him on loan?

Really? Shame for him. So much potential, he would have been better going to a lower league club in England.

Done a bit of digging and found that he has played... Not easy to find though. A sub appearance in August looks like the only first team action he's had, got an assist in September in a development game but can't really find much.

His team are doing pretty well, sitting top of the league but I cant imagine the standard is that great, surprised hes not featured more, but could have been injured again.

McNulty scores the winner for Pompey as they beat Championship side Ipswich 2-1 in the FA Cup 3rd round. Pleased for him, as far as I can see he's been banging them in for them, given the lack of real quality in Leagues 1 and 2 I don't think it'd be too far fetched to suggest he could still make it as a top end League 1/middle of the road Championship player.
